1928 Chrysler ROADSTER Street Rod

This car is a very rare 1928 Chrysler model 72 Sport Roadster with rumble seat. It is a totally solid car that has never been rusted out or patched. The body is straight, clean and rust free inside and out. It maintains all of its original sheetmetal including fenders, hood, and body. The car has a late model 318 Chrysler 4bbl engine and automatic transmission mated to the original shifter handle. It features electronic ignition and starts like a new car. The rear axle is also late model Chrysler as are the front brakes, but the car still retains its original front suspension and springs all around. Also added to the car is a set of six (6) rare small bolt pattern original 50’s Chrysler wire wheels.

The car runs on a brand new set of white wall radials and is easy to drive with very little road vibration. The original top works perfectly and has faded canvas that must be at least 40 years old. Paint has also seen better days but it carries a charming patina to it that is very appealing as-is. Car does not overheat or have any other mechanical problems and can be driven on a regular basis. This car can be used as-is, restored back to original or used as the basis for a killer street rod. Either way you are getting a RARE open car that you will not see at any other car shows.
